Tithing, Giving and Prosperity

Bible Scholars is pleased to announce that Dr. Blizzard has re-released his book, Tithing Giving and Prosperity, and it is now available here on Amazon.com. in paperback and Kindle editions.
In this little 57-page booklet, Dr. Blizzard explains the ancient origins of tithing, giving, and prosperity from the historical and biblical perspective. He brings to light the laws and customs of tithing throughout history – through to present day. This little publication helps clear up many misperceptions: that the acquisition of material possessions equals prosperity, that one must give in order to receive and that tithing is a requirement of modern day Christianity.
Dr. Blizzard continues to receive inquiries about a subject that we have addressed before on this Web site, but in this week’s Passage in Translation, he tackles this subject once again. Would you consider yourself to be superstitious? Do you read your horoscope and adjust your day’s activities because of what it might say?
